Chester Charles
is a 30 year veteran of the advertising industry. He graduated from a Historical Black College known as the University of Arkansas (AM and N). He also studied at the University of Houston. His career included Sales Manager-Operation, at several radio stations KCAT, KLAZ, and KOKY. He also worked for Plough Broadcasting, Clear Channel Radio, and Citadel Radio for a combined total of 10 years. He spent 13 years with Sysco as a Marketing Consultant and 15 years in outdoor advertising. As Vice President of Clear Channel he was responsible for the implementation of the 7th Digital Board System in the US. Prior to CTC Outdoor, he was Consultant for Gerson Lehrman of New York. Chester Charles’ experience in all phases of advertising makes his firm a one-stop shop for companies with diversity initiatives and marketing goals.
Teresa Charles
was born in Memphis, Tennessee and attended a Historical Black College where she graduated in 1976. She then studied at Princeton University where she received a certificate in Sensory Analysis. She has owned such successful business as U Made the Picture and Creative Plates. Teresa has worked for dynamic corporations such as Beatrice Hunt Wesson, Coor's Brewing Company and food giant Con Agra Foods. Her hands-on experience makes her proficient at marketing, contract negotiations, as well as client needs and assessments.
